In our latest initiative, we have added two cutting-edge instruments to our facilities: the RONDCOM NEX 300 DX2-12 Fully Automatic Roundness Measuring Machine and the SURFCOM NEX 040 DX2-13 Ultra-High Precision Contour Measuring Machine.
RONDCOM NEX 300 DX2-12 Fully Automatic Roundness Measuring Machine
This advanced machine offers outstanding measurement capabilities, with a maximum inner and outer diameter measurement of Φ360mm and Φ300mm, respectively. It can measure heights up to 500mm and supports a maximum load weight of 30kg. These features make it highly advantageous for the precision measurement of roundness in various components, ensuring exceptional accuracy and quality.
SURFCOM NEX 040 DX2-13 Ultra-High Precision Contour Measuring Machine
This sophisticated instrument features a maximum X-axis measurement length of 100mm and a Z-axis (probe) sensing height of 60mm (±30mm). The C-axis maximum measurement height is 450mm, and it comes with a granite platform measuring 700mm in width and 450mm in depth. The machine excels in ultra-high precision contour measurement, making it ideal for parts with complex shapes and stringent precision requirements.
